Morris Mechanical Services have completed the full Mechanical package on a design & build,
new build office building on Innovation Park at the University of Nottingham. The UNIP is an
innovative 2000sqm three-storey cylindrical building within the University of Nottingham’s
Enterprise Zone. It provides business environments for 50 start-up tech companies and
early-stage SMEs.
