With a proven track record across healthcare, public sector, industrial and commercial projects nationwide, we deliver end-to-end mechanical engineering services — from full plantroom installations to emergency live repairs.
Our company structure supports projects up to £2 million, backed by a robust Health & Safety management system and a skilled team of qualified engineers dedicated to technical excellence and reliability. We have worked closely with the following UK hospitals over several years ultimately becoming their resident go-to mechanical contractor for maintenance, reactive, and project works: Royal Stoke Hospital, Princess Royal Hospital, Haywood Hospital, Coventry Hospital, and Stoke Mandeville Hospital. Current supply chain partners include the NHS, Sodexo, Vinci, Vinci Construction, NG Bailey, Merlin Entertainment, Bet365, and BTG.
In partnership with R2M Site Services Ltd, Morris Mechanical Services achieved an industry-first breakthrough by performing a live valve insertion on active low-temperature hot water (LTHW) systems within a UK hospital. Faced with the challenge of isolating pipework leaks in a live healthcare environment without isolating services to critical areas of the hospital, through 18 months of development and testing, the cold water live insertion valves were re-engineered with silicone gaskets capable of withstanding up to 120°C allowing us to maintain system temperature and pressure to complete works within a short time frame before the wards temperature began to drop. We achieved this and the effectiveness of the Valve installation on LTHW is perfect with over 100 installations to date.
Building on our live valve expertise, Morris Mechanical Services Ltd also developed a specialist encapsulation method for leaking or corroded pipework, pipework fittings and existing valves in environments where shutdown is not possible. This system utilises bespoke fabricated clamp and gasket assemblies, designed and installed around live pipelines to contain and seal leaks without system drain-down, preventing disruption and costly downtime. These encapsulations are ideal for:

- High-rise residential developments with shared riser pipework
- Commercial premises requiring rapid leak containment
